Bluestone Inn Today

Impeccable service, an atmosphere of relaxed elegance and delectable, down-to-earth cooking are second nature to innkeepers Gabrielle Fell and Kurt Hock. Kurt's years of experience working in the upper echelons of New York City's service industry and Gaby's Wisconsin childhood spent largely in her grandmother's Kitchen have been instrumental to their philosophy behind the Bluestone Inn, which encompasses the highest standards and some of the warmest hospitality around. As director of service and top maitre 'D for Restaurant Associates and captain for Glorious foods, Kurt has worked with a long line of masters, including Jean-Claude Nedlick, Sean Driscoll, and Serge Laroche. Gaby, a former dancer and choreographer, whips up the Bluestone's delicious breakfasts; she is working towards her certification as a yoga instructor. The couple left New York City for Equinunk, PA, three years ago with their two daughters. These days, the Bluestone continues to evolve, if for no other reason than to keep pace with their growing family, which now numbers six.
